How do I turn on predictive text on Sony XperiaXZ1

Hi all

I've just got a new phone (XZ!) and I'm really confused how to turn on the predictive text. I've looked everywhere online but nothing has helped.

I also may have the Xperia Chinese keyboard on and not the Swiftkey Keyboard (don't know how to change that either)

Any help would be appreciated, I'm so used to predictive text on my old phone.

This can be closed. The wife came home 10 minutes ago from work and she sorted it straight away. I feel like a plonker now.
