How to watch 4K UV (Ultraviolet) movies purchased from Sony Pictures?

Is this possible? If so, how? If not, why not? It looks like Sony has an app for Bravia TVs that allows this. Where is the Xperia version?

I'm not sure what you meant by that, are you referring to 4K HDR movies? the only 2 provides that support this is NETFLIX and AMAZON PRIME VIDEO. you can download those apps on Google Plays store.

As of the current lineup only Xperia XZ Premium supports 4K HDR, and Xperia XZ1 HDR

No, but actually Netflix supports HDR but not 4K on this device.

I am referring to digital copies ofpurchased movies which are available across platforms via a shared UV (Ultraviolet) content locker. Vudu, Google Play Movies, and Amazon apps support playing these movies, although not in 4K. I own a few movies by Sony Pictures whose digital copies are only in 4K when played on Sony's own "Ultra" app for some Bravia TVs. I am wondering if there is a similar app for Xperia devices, and if such an app supports 4K video.
