Theme installed and apllied but changes

Has anyone had an issue whereby you apply an installed theme but somehow other images show as the wallpaper? I've uninstalled all but two user installed themes and the images that are randomly coming up are not from those themes. Any help or advice appreciated.

This is the theme that I have applied and it works to start but then the wallpaper changes. Thanks Zann.H for the suggestion.
