Videocall Whatsapp Speaker not working

Hello

I have a problem with my xzp when i use Whatsapp ,Skype, Facebook Messenger.

It doesn`t matter if i call or i get called the problem persists.

I start making a call without video and everything looks fine and works great ,also the speaker and the earpiece but when i turn on video(which is working) i cannot hear my counterpart anymore and the button for swiching between earpiece and speaker dissapears.

I have factory reseted my phone, repair it over xperia companion and the problem is still there.

Has anyone a clue on how to solv it. I am running out of ideas.

Are you making the call with the connector plugged in?

If so then unplug and see if it functions unplugged.

Having the same issue. 

Calling voice only is fine, but as soon as I try to use the camera, the audio cuts out.
