Hi all,
I have been having a few issues with my XZ premium and wondered if anyone could help?
Firstly Loudspeaker during a call has stopped working (seems loads of people are having this issue since an android update)
Second issue is I sometimes cannot send a text message as it reports number formatted incorrectly, the number is right, I've tried it with the +44 and I've also tried typing the number instead of a phone book lookup.
Third issue is my fingerprint reader won't read at all, it's not even trying to, I've looked in the phone test and there doesn't even seem to be a test for it, tried deleting and adding new prints but won't even detect I'm touching the button.
Any ideas?

One last thing I forgot to add is I now get random apps coming up with "app has stopped"
I think there is clearly a software issue, maybe the last Android update isn't as stable on this phone, its not even little rubbish apps, I've had AVG stop now and again

You can test the speakers and the fingerprint sensor in the service menu (*#*#7378423#*#*), regarding the apps that are giving problems try clearing their cache and restart the phone.
You can also try using the phone in safe mode to discard any third party app influence and if nothing helps maybe a software repair with Xperia Companion.
Yes, i have got the same problem with calling. Make a call, connect, but me and my partner hear silence on the phone. So i tap the red button, and call back. Sometimes i should call back 3 times to connect properly. It is annoying and i am going to end my sympathy to Xperia ;(
