XPERIA XZ Problem with APPS

Hello!

i purchased XPERIA XZ Premium 2 months ago

Before I used XPERIA T3

These apps are supported by XPERIA T3:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Robot.client.main&hl=ru\

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tv.acv.usb&hl=ru

But XPERIA XZ Premium does not support these apps and also it does not support many other apps!!!

Atfer Android 7 was upgraded to Android 8 the compatibiity issue was not solved!

These apps just crash and I cannot use my Robot and DVB-T2 mini tuner which I used before!

Today I purchased Samsung S8+ for my wife and installed the apps (see above) and they work perfecty! Why Samsung  S8+ supports the apps, but XPERIA does not??!!

What the **bleep** ??!! Why these and any apps are not supported by XPERIA XZ Premium!!???

It is freaking me out! I like XPERIA XZ Premium, but this issue with the software is killing me softy!

ADD NORMAL COMPATIBILITY FOR THE APPS!!!

Hi @Skabolesk,

I understand that it can be frustrating if an application or game does not work with your mobile device, but at the end of the day, Sony has no control over this; developers of individual games/applications determine which mobile devices their applications or games are compatible with.

You will need to contact the third-party developers via those Google Play Store links you posted above and ask them to make the applicable changes to their games/applications. The same applies for any other applications/games you find that are not compatible.
