The Sony XZ1 COMPACT phone's earphones did not work. So, I took the phone to service on May 29, 2019. After several reminders I was told after a month that the screen was broken and had to be changed even though it worked at the time of delivery. I was told they were going to repair the warranty. Now I see that the phone was examined on 11 July. Even today, the telephone is reported by the SONY website for repair assistance. Almost two months and still nothing. Soon the shop will go on vacation and talk about it again in September. I report the uneasy situation.
