I have the same problem. When I try to activate Ok Google in the Google Apps > Voice settings, or if I say "Ok Google", a window will appear asking me to agree to share voice data, and then the next window will say "Say Ok Google". When I say Ok Google the icon will respond to the microphone by increasing the line height, and then returning to the default height when I stop speaking. But nothing else happens. The screen is stuck on the "Say Ok Google" step and will not proceed further. The only other button is "cancel". I have already tried switching off and on the phone and Google Assistant, but the same problem occurs.
