Is it normal guys i really think that there is a big drain i am all time checking my battery what is the cause of my drain do you think

But its drainning when i touch it and its draining a little bit in idle but i cant have 2 days of battery life

You probably have apps that are constantly syncing or auto updating apps, auto backing up etc, plus you keep wifi on quite a bit, there's nothing wrong with your battery life, maybe someone else could point something I don't see

If i drain to 0 and charged my phone while off is it a good idea to do so my measure will.work good and stamima settings are right??? I dont no this my first xperia

You shouldn't let it drain to 0%, charging a phone while it's off will charge a lot faster. You can leave it connected all day and night, it won't affect the phone.

I've looked at the images read through the other posts and see nothing wrong - You come across as infatuated with battery time - Your screen on time is huge hence the display using almost half of your battery life

I heard that draining my phone to 0 then fully charging it for one time will fix the battery calibration
