battery + get hot fast

My Xperia Z1 Battery Drains faster after the lollipop update. And get hot very fast specialy under the nfc logo in the back of the phone
I think it's the processor location
Please fix the problems.
I only used Sony mobile starting from 2006 until today I never love and trust another company

I love only Sony mobiles
