Can someone tell me how to fix this issue. I just got my Sony Z5 last week. I don't even know how to fix this issue. I'm a Sony lover since HS because of its features and I was a bit disappointed when I faced this technical issue.

Do you know if the counterpart can hear you if you enable the loudspeaker during a call? There are two microphones in the the device and if you are using the loudspeaker, the second microphone will be used and not the main one.
You can also run the microphone test in the device. This test can be found in Settings > Support > Xperia tests > Microphone and speakers.
If it works when you have the device on loudspeaker but the test fails, there is something wrong with the main microphone and since you received the device last week, get in touch with the seller and see if they can replace it.

Yes, they can hear me while I'm on loudspeaker but if I'm not using the loudspeaker they cannot hear me anymore. During the tests, there's no microphone and audio test.

It seems that the main microphone in your device is defect and since you got the device last week, try getting in touch with the seller and see if they can help you with having it replaced or repaired.
If they can't help you, get in touch with the Local support team on the link below (pick your country from the drop down list) and they will assist you further with a repair.
