can't write on SD card even first party apps

Since I updated my Xperia Z to the 4.4.4 kitkat using pc companion, I couldn't copy any file to SD card

Searching on Google I knew their is a restrictions for third party apps but even my first party apps can't write on my SD card (32 gb). Camera app can't save captured pictures to SD, file commander says error when I try to copy to SD.

I got a notification than is my internal is full with more than 75% space when try to transfer media to SD says error

I am really tired of this **bleep** tried factory reset, changing my SD card but didn't fix the problem.

When I mount SD card from settings then remount it works even with third-party apps but when I reboot the phone all files I copied to SD card is lost as I didn't even use it

I still can use file that is already on SD card and also can copy it to internal storage.

The sony's kitkat update really ruined my SD card, pls any help to fix this?

Strange,so now the problem is back? even with file commander?

Oh now the first problem is Back. Again I can't copy files to SD card ;(

Note: transfer option was saying transfer interrupted even when the problem was fixed for awhile

In this case,you need to try another microSD as this one might be defective.

There is a strange folder called LOST.DIR is always created with Android folder when I put sd to my phone

My SD is working perfectly with my pc

LOST folder is a folder where corrupted files are found. I do not know what could be the problem in your case,are you willing to try a software repair?

How to do software repair, I can copy everything I need to my pc if it will erase my data.

I was willing to go a custom rom just to get rid of the problem
if software repair will fix this it will be cool because I really like the stock rom

You may need to perform a software repair using PC Companion.The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 60% battery.

Make sure the device is not connected to computer or laptop and turned off (sometimes you have to press power button and volume up until the device vibrates 3 times or on some devices you have to press the small button near the SIM tray or on the back of the device).

Open PC companion->support zone->phone/tablet software update->repair my phone/tablet blue highlighted.Follow the steps given,do not connect your phone until prompted to press volume down while plugging USB cable. If PC companion does not start the repair process, you might need to run it in compatibility mode with Windows 7 (in some cases XP).
