When I start a phone call with the speakerphone active the mic works fine but if I turn off the speaker phone on the same call the microphone goes to mute, therefore I have to turn on the speaker phone again to make the microphone work again. However if I start the call with the speaker phone off the mic works fine even if I turn on the speaker phone and turn it back off

I have a real problem with call.. The problem is when in a phone conversation, i can hear my receiver person voice, but my receiver can't hear my voice..i think ph mic is not sending my voice to the person who i am talking to.. When i restarted phone, it works normal again, but it happens again after i used my ph for some time..My device is Sony M5 dual..Plz help.me solve this problem..
