Hi,
I just bought Xperia Z3 Dual, the mobile is great and every thing,
In the first day of use, it fell of my hand on the ground, i picked it up instantly, but i was surprised the screen was smashed like it was hit by big hammer!!
the touch functonality was lost, i went back to the buyer and he told me that warranty doesn't cover accidents, i told him that i had samsung s4 for two year and it fell 100 times and harder than that, and the screen sustained no damage at all!!
They said that the screen was shatter resistant not shatter proof!!
I email the local sony support in egypt and they replied "Good luck with your repair"!!
how can a mobile screen get smashed like that from a simple fall, and what is wrong with sony support people?!!
Anyone knows how to escalate to a higher level of support?
