Harman Kardon’s Onyx Studio sound too low
All of a sudden the sound is stuck at low. I tried re-pairing, different iPhones with no luck. I've had this speaker for a few years now. Are these speakers made up of smaller speakers inside and one stopped functioning?

Not iPhone. I'm referring to Harmon karmon Onyx Bluetooth speaker - the sound volume can't go high anymore. The source of music was iPhone, just confirming that the issue was not with the source. I tried with different sources of music all resulted in the same issu.

Do I understand correctly that you are having troubles with a Harmon karmon Onyx Bluetooth speaker and not a Sony Xperia phone?
If that is the case I advice you to contact Harmon Karmon directly and they will be able to assist you since this a support for Xperia devices only!
