If you have MyXperia setup you could try using that or the only other method is to perform a system repair

Performing a system repair using PC Companion will factory reset your phone and erase all data

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

Thanks. Followed your instructions several times but Pc Companion do not find my phone.

Tried also to Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds to close the phone and automatic restart but it will only close the phone. Maybe the virusmaker thought about it?   -:)

Doubt it - There's something you aren't doing - Your phone must be switch off and disconnected from your Pc then and only when asked to hold volume down and connect the USB cable remember your phone must be switched off at all times

I switch off the phone and disconnect it from my PC.

I do not understand when  in the procedure to be asked to hold volume down and connect the USB cable

If the phoe is closed it is dead or what is I missing?

Your phone must be off for it to enter Flashmode which is what's needed to begin a system repair, Following Pc Companions guide as above you will be prompted to connected your phone and this must be done in the way detailed above by holding volume down and connecting your USB cable - Your phone must be switched off or it will fail to begin
