Help about the softwares...

My Xperia ZR phone is not booting and I think I need to use the Companian software to fix it so I installed it and try to do a software repair and it says that "the model is no longer supported"

So I tried installing Emma next and got the exact same issue

Now my question is does that mean that I have NO WAY to fix my Xperia ZR anymore?

I just think it's weird to remove support for older models I mean why not just leave it there?

I hope someone could help me find a way to fix the phone since Im not that good about phone software stuff

The Xperia ZR has reached end of support and that means that there are no spare parts available at the service centres, no software is available in Xperia Companion, Emma and the other tools that are available at the service centres.

I don't know the exact reason for why the support is removed for older models, so I can't answer that question.
