Lollipop Update Won't Install On Encrypted Phone, PC Companion Shows No Update

Hey everyone,

So, T-mo finally released Lollipop last night. I've downloaded via Wifi this morning and attempted to update. The update failed with no reason given. My phone is encrypted and it didn't ask to unencrypt before applying the update, so I assume this is the reason it failed. So, installed the latest PC Companion on my Windows 7 laptop, it tells me that I'm on the latest version (connected via USB)... so... what now?

How is Lollipop running on your Z3 with the encryption? I haven't encrypted mine because I want to make sure there are no performance issues.

My Z3 is still encrypted and I've not had any performance issues so far. The only thing I don't like about this update is the App Lister that displays when hitting the Task Manager button... I'd prefer the Kitkat task list.
