Same thing happens to me, microphone for calls is not working intermittently. Works again after restarting the phone. Not only is it annoying but it could be dangerous, imagine having to call emergency services and your mic is not working lmao. 

I have tried reseting the phone but the problem persists and I'm using the latest firmware, got one month left of warranty but because it's a intermittent problem it might be difficult to detect for the technicians. What should I do?

PS. Google Now is already disabled.
