Now lets be clear about the Anti-Shatter film!

My brand new Xperia Z is 60 days old, and it already has some scratches. It sounds impossible, because I use a decent flipcover!

We all know the anti shatter film is a scratch magnet, but is there a way we could replace it? And how would it be if Sony could sell them?

So let me make a small list.

• Do I lose my warranty by removing the Anti-Shatter film?
• Is it possible to let my Anti-Shatter film replaced by Sony?
• Is Sony going to sell these things in the future?

By awnsering this, I think alot of people don't have to make a thread anymore.

Ya but what's the use of having a scratch proof glass when it's not ment to be used as one.......sony are leading people by false claims, I just ended up removing my asf as I had no other choice....... Sony should definitely think about providing the asf at thier service centers..hope they do.

Would the replacement of the screen with the anti shatter proof layer be covered under warranty?

I have a question regarding the ASF: Is it possible to replace the ASF, if yes, where can I go?

Because of numerous scratches on the back and front side of my Xperia Z, I am considering replacing or removing the ASF from my phone!
