Are you using a MICRO SIM card or did you trimmed a regular SIM card? 

The best thing to do is to contact your local Xperia Care as this could be hardware related, since you dropped it

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried to restart the phone? Or remove/insert the SIM-card to see if this can help? Otherwise, I suggest that you try another SIM-card to see if same behaviour appear.

yes I tried it , insert another SIM card and tried all the sim card in other phones, everything worked, I dropped the phone a few times, the SIM card phone recognizes , but the red cross indicating that no network
