Red home screen icon appeared

My home, back etc buttons just changed to a red colour and are now very stylised. Is this an update everyone's got or maybe I've just clicked on something by accident ? How does one change them to the default ?

Could you maybe post a screenshot? You might have installed a 3rd party launcher.

Yes definitely downloaded a theme, but that was ages ago and the icons only just changed. How does one delete a theme and go back to default ?

Go to settings-personalization and select the xperia theme. Or boot in safe mode and see if the same occurs:

Also,please remember here it is not allowed to have duplicate accounts. So one of yours has to go.
