Remote play error 8801e1e9 (Z3 with Ps4)

I'm trying to connect my Ps4 and my Z3 on remote play but I keep getting this error "8801e1e9" I've connected the Ps4 witht he Playstation app with no problem but had problem understanding how to connect my dualshock to my Z3 but I eventually found out how to do it but now when Remote Play searchs for my Ps4 with my internet it pops this error.

I only have 1 dualshock if this causes any problem whatsoever, have never owned any Sony smartphone or tablet before, have never rooted/hacked/whatever else there is my Z3 nor any of my consoles. I tried deleting cache and data of my Remote Play app and nothing changed... I also do not have PS+ for my PSN account if this changes anything, phone is brand new so should be working properly, any ideas whats the problem?

Yeah i remember i had that also. Its because of the internet. Your internet might be not as fast as it should be. Try checking your quality , if its on high change it to normall.

Also try Turning your Bluetooth off so it will disconnect from the DS4 and turn OFF wifi , turn OFF the internet in the PS4 and restart EVERYTHING (Z3 , PS4 , ROUTER) then connect the DS4 FIRST! then do a remote play . Turn all the functions on.

Both the ps4 and the z3 have to both be connected to the same router. Ps+ subscription isn't relivent
