I found that one of row of screen become unresponsive, i checked with Sketch application to detect that row and it's showing in attached picture. i tried with resetting my Z2 phone but problem not solved.Could you please suggest the solution.

I suggest that you perform a software repair using PC Companion to see if this can help. Otherwise, you should visit nearest service center to have your phone examined by a technician. You can contact your Local support for information about nearest service center and/or how to proceed with this in the best possible way.
Also, if you're using a case with a strong magnetic closure, try to remove it and test again.
I removed that case, tried safe-boot and factory reset but problem is still there. I also tried Sony's Diagnostics (Setting>About phone> Diagnostics) where i can clear full image(Specially dead zone) image in Touchscreen test under Test>Screen tab.
Then do as @Hampus suggested and perform a software repair using PC Companion using PC Companion.
