SCR-24 vs WCR-14

Does any Z3 users out there ever think of having the Qi Wireless charging feature with SCR-24 Cover Windows convenient?

Is there anyone knows how to have both?

Is WCR-14 able to be dismentled (without spoiling the Qi Charging feature) and sticked to SCR-24?
