Stamina mode issue

My xperia z1 has gone permanently into stamina mode. Data and wifi turns off when screen is off in normal mode as well. Pls help help me to resolve this problem.

Try to reset stamina like this: disable it,go to settings-apps-all-eco mode controller,force stop and clear data.Restart the device.

Are you sure you haven't enabled low battery mode?

All modes are off... Phone is in normal mode.

Force shutdown(power button+vol up until the phone vibrates 3 times).Turn it on normally and check it again.
