text messenger closes when opening convocation when in ultra stamina mode

When I put the phone into ultra stamina mode it runs all programs fine and even opens up messenger but when I open a convosation it closes the program it only does this when the phone is completely updated when I factory reset it, messenger work fine in this mode any thoughts?

When you say it closes the program do you mean you get an error message and then it crashes or it just simply shuts down?

Boot on safe mode and then go to ultra stamina mode and see if you can recreate the same issue

Yeah I ran it in safe mode and it is still happening it only happens in ultra stamina mode

The problem it's probably stamina mode on the latest update. just wait for @Rickard to elaborate on this.
