Xperia with Facebook issues after Lollipop update

Hello there!

Snce I updated to Lollipop 5.0.2, my Xperia Z1 Compact's Xperia with Facebook account has not been working properly. It used to sync my contacts' Facebook profiles and birthday dates, but now it does neither. I tried to use the main Facebook app, but it only downloads the profile pictures and not the birthday dates, so in my stock calendar app I no longer have my contacts' birthdays. This is very annoying as it all worked perfecty in KitKat.

I have tried to clear caché, reset the apps and delete both accounts but nothing seems to work. But what I am convinced of is that it is a problem of the Xperia with Facebook app. Do you guys know how to solve this? Thanks in advance

This has been answered by Rickard previosly in this post

"I have received the information that Xperia with Facebook is in the process of being phased out and some functionality have already been removed. Therefore the exact functionality is dependent on which device and software you have. The information i got says that this is because of changes on Facebook which is limiting the synchronization possibilities in their interface."

You can still use some 3rd party apps to do the same syncing process, I suggest to use an app called Sync.me
