Problem with Internet when they are installed 2 some cards. With one simple card in first slot Internet speed is up to 22 Mbs, when second card is on aswell than Internet speed is up to 12 Mbs. Phone is after service and they replace Internet module. It is little better but still much slower. Maybe someone know what I should do with it?

That's a network issue. Contact your carrier/network.

I check on two other networks and it is the same. I do not know of it is network if the same network in first slot with one simple card is working very good. You think with other networks? I am in uk and they do not manufacturer that phone here and I am checking only with English network

When the first SIM is set to WCDMA/LTE the second can only use GSM.

yes I know. This is automatically but phone working with two simple cards then on the first sim internet speed is half like with one sim working. But now when I check maybe 20 times slower is only downloading, uploading and ping is almost the same like with one sim

I'm sure only one works with 4G and the other either 2 or 3G hence the speed difference

Yes but in my house Is have only 3g signal and in first slot for transfer is the same network all the time. When second card is working than it is on gsm mode. I always check in the same place many times with one and with two cards always with two cards installed Internet speed is half. I spoke yesterday with costumer service and they said that is wrong and I should send it for service but because I am in uk and service is not available in uk than I need to send it to Poland. One trip is cost 30 pounds so I would like know if it should be like that or not. I think maybe it is problem with motherboard?

From what I understand:

You do a speed test on the same SIM card, once when it's installed alone and another when it's installed with another card. You do this test always at the same place on the same network. You get half the speed when it's 2 cards and normal speed when it's alone. Am I getting it right?

I may help with testing this on my Xperia Z3 Dual, but when I get home after like 5 hours.

Yes it is right. Ichecked with two networks in the same way. two different networks show the same effect. With one card is about 22 Mbs with two maximum 12 mbs

How do you test your connection speed? If you are checking by downloading I recommend using the Speedtest.net app from Google Play for more consistent results:
