hi there to all.
i had and im still having this problem due after making the repair thing with pc companion, still in some moments when im using the phone - he freezes and goes black as a restart and enters in boot loop restart mode. yes i can turn it off by power button + vol+/- pressed and then it starts normally like nothing happened till to the next his moments of freeze, and thats not so cool to check if your phone goes into loop mode to be able to get a call from someone (like to be sure if your phone is on and people can find u at phone) what could be the problem for the loops? or what should i do? all the freezes is happening with full battery.
thanks in advance if someone will help. (hope to)

Hi again @dub1n, sorry that I didn't get back to you yesterday. I had to do a really boring report..:(
Yeah, you have at this point done everything you can do on your own and that I can suggest you to try. The next step is to have the device examined by a technician at an authorized service centre and they will be able to find out what exact part(s) is defect.
Third party applications are applications that you have downloaded from the Google Play store (I thought you may have installed some after the repair was completed in case you needed them on a daily basis).
In the Nordic market where I'm situated, we do not have such a program. The service centre can recycle the device free of charge, but you won't get anything for it. This may be different in your market, so get in touch with your Local support team and they will be able to provide you with more detailed information. They will also help you with arranging a repair, if you want to have the device repaired.

Hi @dub1n, sorry to hear about this.
Just to clarify, did you use PC Companion or Xperia Companion to perform a software repair? PC Companion was discontinued almost 4 years ago and I would recommend using Xperia Companion instead.
I'm not quite sure about one thing. Did you experience this behaviour before performing the repair or did it start to occur after the repair?
When you experience that the device freezes and restarts, are you using a specific application or service when this occurs or can it be totally random? If it is random, how often does it occur?
If you have a SD card in the device, try to temporarily remove this and see if it continues as a defect SD card can cause the device to freeze and restart.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks for answering @Jonas
I used Xperia Companion doing the repair method and i tried to repair this bootloop with xperia app (the frezees and red led blinking after how the phone freezed and restarted) saying that it didnt occure after using the companion, i tried to get rid of freezes/bootloops with xperia companion.
The frezees are randomly like now in this moment how i got my phone in hands, (he was stand-by on) i unlocked it, dragged the notification bar down and it got freezed and got a restart without a continuously loop (luckily it didnt went in bootloop and i didn't have to shutdown hard with power button + vol+/- pushed) but this is not a normal mode of phone's operation. (dont want to sound like im complaining to you for it).
This can happen independently of how much "juice" i've got on battery. (but what's true i have changed the battery a year ago with an original one how said the seller of it. the battery doesnt drown fast or something. could it be the problem?)
SD card i had but it was removed from the times with Xperia companion repair.
Please kindly say all the possible variants of issue that i got or what extra i can do to get the answer to my problem?
thanks again
Hi again @dub1n,
Thank you for the information.
You can try and restart the device in safe mode and use it for a while in there to see if you still experience the same behaviour when downloaded applications aren't loaded.
It's a bit tricky to troubleshooting these kind of things and it's almost better than it occurs all the time, as running the device in safe mode isn't fun at all.
Since you performed the software repair and it didn't help, it's at least not the software in the device that is the cause and neither the SD card, so it's either a third party application or the hardware.
Keep me posted!
thanks for reply sir.
thanks

thanks a lot. ill try to get the phone at an authorized service to get diagnosticated.
i felt it from the start when i wrote on forum that i must go at service cause it cant be done at home with my pc.
seems like a closed topic to me.
thanks Jonas for all.
Hi again @dub1n and you're very welcome.
Yeah, sometimes it's something with the software that I can assist with but in some cases neither you or me can do anything about it, as it is related to the hardware in the device.
Feel free to keep me posted!
