Z1 compact in safe mode

Hello,

Has someone (of Xperia Support) any idea why it takes (right now almost 4 months) so long to repair a Xperia Z1 compact that stays in safe mode and won't come out of it.

In september we went to the sony center (Xperience Center) in Bruges (Belgium). The couldn't help me so they sent the Z1 compact over to Sony. Several months and mails to sony support later there's no sign when I'll get my smartphone (hopefully repaired) back...

I'm a huge Sony fan. I have got lots of Sony stuff, but the aftersales is really bad... Slightly_frowning_Face Sorry for my language...

HELP ME SONY!

grtz,

Kurt Mattheeuws

You need to contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

But I'm almost sure there's an EU law which states a repair should take no longer than a reasonable amount of time which is 30 days and over and above a replacement should be offered or you could push for a pro-rata refund however these laws may differ slightly depending on each individual countries own consumer laws
