Night mode defect

Hello,

I noticed that after few updates automatic setting for night mode does not work any longer. 

When you will enter Settings  --> Screen --> Advanced  you will find "Night backlight" setting. 
Clicking on Timetable will allow to select from: 

• Never
• Enables during selected time
• Works from sunset to sunrise 

The last option doesn't work. And yes, I tried to reset the phone.

Just tested it in my Xperia 1 and it seems to be working, it is now night time in my country and as soon as I choose the last option the ”Night light" enables automatically.

Check if it will work tomorrow, now you selected it manually during the night period. Try to enable it in the middle of the day and check if it will turn on automaticaly after sunset or during night at all. For me it doesn't work. This is the situation I am talking about.

It is now sunset in my country @azzido2 , and the night mode activated itself automatically, so I can confirm it is working.

Activates just fine here also. It's changed its sunset and sunrise times over the past few weeks but does work.

Ir doesn't work for me. When I turned it on manually to have this auto option for sunset and sunrise in the morning it didn't turn off by itself 😕

Try to set it on at custom time instead.

If you set it up via settings, it's automatic but when you select it from the notification bar/button you override it, so it stays on even if it's setup from sunset to sunrise, but from the notification panel you then switch it on all day, so it won't go off......so set it up via settings -display and leave it to run automatically from there.

Then it will work, but when you manually do it in notifications you override it and mess with it's automatic action.
