Where is Dark Mode for Contacts (Xperia 5 has it)?

My girlfriend has the Xperia 5 and it has a dark mode for Contacts (also a lot of more settings).

Why doesn't the Xperia 1 have dark mode and also has less settings? Is a patch planned for this?
