Messages App: Vibration Turned Off, Phone Still Vibrates

Hello!

I have switched the Vibration setting to off in the Messages app (the default one that came installed with the phone), yet the phone vibrates every time I receive an SMS. Does anyone know what I've done wrong?

as far as i could tell in the screenshot it hasn't been turned off. tap on the box bellow the first one to turn it off
