a6600 lost it's green AF frame after first green focusing?

I had on my a6600 today a strange effect and I won’t be able to explain what happened and where it came from. My a6600 lost it's green AF frame after first green focusing? I didn't mess up with the settings.
Restarting the camera corrected the "AF Area Auto Clear" effect off.

@makkokl did you try removing the batteries for two minutes? How did you perform the reset?
