I'm having problems registering my new products for the extended warranty scheme. I've registered everything for the standard warranty and subsequently received emails and extended warranty codes to allow me to now sign up for the extended scheme. When I go through this process, the website will not accept the purchase date I enter even though it is correct and entered according to the instructions (everything else is ok). I'm using safari on a mac. I'd be very grateful if anyone could offer me any help.
