Registering a brand new Alpha 7 III camera

Hi all,

I'm struggling to register my new Alpha 7 III camera with Sony.

Everything is fine until I get to the "Camera Model" section.

My camera model is: ILCE-7M3.

The closest I have found is ILCE-7M2, and there is no way to manually input it.

Any suggestions?

Hi Fabrizio,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

I've checked on the website and your camera model does appear on the 'Register a new product' page.  If you click here and under Product Details if you enter ILCE-7M3 in the box 'Find by model name*' your camera should appear.
