4k video jerky from USB
Hi,
I have a 65XE85 4k UHD tv. When I try to play any 4k movie from USB (3.0) is jerky. When I play them from NETFLIX they are perfect. What is the problem?

Hi Mike,
It might have something to do with the speed of your USB Drive.
Can you let me know which Drive you are using?
Thanks,
Sean Mc

It may be the crappy stock media player, I had the same issue (different model), I just installed a different player off the Play store and its been perfect since!

Hi,
I use Seagate Expansion 2TB USB 3.0 Portable 2.5 inch External Hard Drive.
I don't think the problem is with the HDD, what do you think?
Thanks

Archos Video Player, depending on what you are trying to play, you might have to also install 'All codecs for Archos Video' as well, I opted for this one because you can set the audio out to optical because I have a sound bar. You could try VLC Player as well or MXPlayer?
