To add to my post above, I am on virgin media have tried the help option on the remote with no luck, cannot find settings like before, am I left with factory restore? Waiting for a reply from Sony.

On the left of the screen I used to have set top box and other inputs which I still have but no settings option at the bottom like before.

Bought the tv 2016
