Am unable to get on to all4 catch up help?

I think that you need to enable "Youview" and tune the TV again so that you can get All4.

TV model should be 55XE8396BU NOT XF

Hi never tried all4 before have Freesat tv and Humax box in to tv have
used 4 catch up before
