Does anyone know the network speed of my KD-49XG9005?
I'm trying to play 4K content from my network drive but I keep getting buffering.

Do not trust speed tests. Do your own lan verification.
Do I need special software to do the LAN test you suggested?
I can't see an option in Windows (10) to do it.

No software needed. Do the maths and see if it works for files that are below the ethernet limit of 100 mbps.
The tv is fully capable of reaching it.
