Hi I updated my tvs firmware the other day as per the onscreen notification. Since then the remote is not working and the tv is behaving erratically as in it will start applications like YouTube randomly without anyone touching anything. Anyone having these issues,and is there a fix. Thanks in advance.
As you have recently updated the firmware and having issues, I would advice performing a Factory Reset on your TV. This normally clears weird and wonderful issues, especially after an update. See HERE for instructions.
