I have a Sony tv KDL- 43W755C
ive been playing Netflix off the app for over the last two years now. But suddenly last week it stopped playing it. Just freezes on 24/25% constantly. I’ve reset/cleared cache/ turned tv off/on /rebooted hub. But nothing. My LG tv in another room still plays it though so it’s not a internet problem. Anyone have any ideas ??? Thanks

I just had trouble with Netflix on my Samsung TV, and tried all the things you describe with no luck.
But on the web, Samsung suggested a sort of super reboot, which did work:-
(i) Turn the TV OFF at the mains, and wait one minute
(ii) Press and hold the On button on the TV to drain any residual charge, until the lights on the set stop flashing.
(iia) If no such button, wait three minutes.
(iii) power the TV back on and try Netflix again.
This might well work for Sonys also.
