Safe mode ! How do you remove from screen ?

I downloaded app from Google play store when I restarted the TV went into reboot. All I have is the Sony startup repeatedly., for hours. Only by pressing the volume up and down button at the same time the TV came on. But on "safe mode" how do I remove it?
