I've just changed my picture settings on my Android TV to my preferred taste.
Is there anyway I can save theses settings to a Memory stick just in case the TV gets reset to factory reset by mistake.

Nope. Take a picture, it needs few second to reapply them
Unfortunately not, the TV will return back to its default settings after the factory data reset.
