Screen format greyed out KD-43XG7003

Hi,

Ive just purchased this new tv today and im happy with it but unable to change screen format. Im with virgin media, connected via HDMI direct from virgin box to tv. Great picture, except when i watch sky movies, amazon or netflix and i cant change screnn format from full to 16.9. What ami doing wrong?

You should note that you have a Linux TV not covered in this Android TV community. However you may have your source set to 2160p. If you change the connected source to 1080i/p then you should be able to change the aspect ratio. It is not possible to change the aspect ratio while viewing in 4K UHD 2160p.
