Hi,
I'm trying to watch SKY Ultra HD but it won't recognise that my KD55AF8 has high enough resolutions. I've tried all the HDMI ports and open the HDMI video settings to full. I'm using the SKY HDMI cable that should work. Am I missing something?
Thanks

Hi @shipped5000. Just checking that apart from @Marino.Manolo advice you are using the HDMI cable that came with the Sky Q box? The old Sky+HD cable is only 1.4 and not 2.0. Also a direct connection from the Sky Q box to the TV.
have you checked you are using the correct HDMI ports? I have th 65" version and only HDMI ports 2 & 3 i think it is are 4k compatible. Also have you anabled the ports for 4k? You need to manually do this as it is not enabled by default. I am not at home just now, so I can't tell you the exact menu you need to use but, you do need to do this before HDMI contant will work.
