Sony Bravia kd - 43x8309c frozen

Hi, my tv has frozen on a free view channel and won’t reset. I have tried power on/ off. Soft reset. But it just comes back to that channel but won’t display anything. Tried scanning for faults on the help menu but nothing. Tried to retune digital channels but nothing. 

Any advice?

Try disconnecting all cables and then power for at least a minute.
