You haven’t told us the actual model number of your TV so I’m assuming XH90. Your reference is for the USA market.

According to the latest software for the XH90, VRR support was added on 01 December 2021 as promised

How come people are complaining both 4K 120 hz and VRR is "broken" after software update?

Hey there,

Is it released? yes but not for all models, and the official statement so far is that it's normal to face some bugs as they only started the full rollout, but all of that will still be fixed in the future updates as well, but I would recommend checking this one instead, as it got a reference for all the models: https://bit.ly/3h8Gy2q.
