Cheekymeeky

New blu ray player keeps turning itself off while im trying to watch. Only had it a few days. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this please. Thanks

is the player connected directly to the TV or to a receiver?

If so, do you have any HDMI-control on trough which the player may receive a signal to "switch off"?

I personally would deactivate HDMI-control both on the TV/receiver if any is on.
